1. About these terms
These Customer Terms apply to purchases and use of Nomadic Wireless travel connectivity services. Nomadic Wireless LLC is a Wyoming, USA company. By purchasing or using a Nomadic Wireless eSIM or related service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Nomadic Wireless provides access to prepaid travel connectivity products, including eSIM data plans. Unless a product is explicitly described otherwise, travel eSIM products should be treated as data services rather than replacements for a traditional voice-and-SMS mobile plan.
3. Device compatibility and setup
You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM and is network-unlocked before purchasing. Installation instructions should be followed carefully. Deleting an eSIM after installation may affect the ability to reinstall it, so contact Nomadic Wireless Support before removing a line when troubleshooting.
4. Coverage, networks and performance
Connectivity is delivered through third-party network and connectivity partners. Coverage, participating networks, routing, speeds and service availability can vary by location, network conditions, device and partner changes. Coverage and plan details may change over time.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices and plan details shown at the time of purchase apply to that transaction unless an obvious error is identified. Payments are handled through supported payment-processing partners. Customers are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information.
6. Activation, validity and usage
Plan activation and validity vary by product. Some plans begin when first used on a supported network while others may follow different rules shown at purchase. Customers should review the plan details before travelling and use the product within its stated conditions.
7. Refunds and service issues
Refund and service-issue requests are handled under the Nomadic Wireless Refund & Service Issue Policy. Because eSIMs are digital products that can be provisioned or used quickly, eligibility may depend on activation, usage, compatibility and the cause of the issue.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or network-damaging activity, or in a way that interferes with the service or its providers. Nomadic Wireless may suspend access where misuse, fraud or security risk is reasonably suspected.
9. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify Nomadic Wireless promptly if you believe your account or eSIM information has been compromised.
10. Service changes
Nomadic Wireless may update products, participating networks, pricing, features or these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on the website or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
