If an eSIM is not working as expected, contact Nomadic Wireless Support before deleting it, purchasing replacement connectivity or changing settings that may make the issue harder to diagnose. Many activation and configuration problems can be resolved without replacing the product.<\/p>\n
eSIMs are digital products that may be provisioned immediately and can begin providing service once activated or used. Refund or account-adjustment eligibility is therefore reviewed case by case, taking into account the product state, whether data has been used, device compatibility, the reported issue and whether the issue originates from the service.<\/p>\n
Customers should confirm that the device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchase. Problems caused by an incompatible or carrier-locked device may affect refund eligibility.<\/p>\n
Where a verified technical issue prevents the purchased service from being provided as expected, Nomadic Wireless may approve an appropriate refund, credit or other adjustment after investigation, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.<\/p>\n
Nomadic Wireless does not reimburse unrelated costs such as alternative SIM purchases, roaming charges, hotel or public-phone charges, or other third-party connectivity expenses unless required by applicable law.<\/p>\n
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorised use or other activity that breaches the Customer Terms.<\/p>\n
